We create higher performing, healthier and more resilient buildings through a data driven and integrated process.

No matter the project, we collaborate early in the design process to set performance goals around energy and water use, human and environmental health, and resiliency. These goals are key drivers of solutions that tend to be more cost effective, or cost neutral, and often have a greater impact on project performance. This collaborative approach emphasizes a shared responsibility toward achieving the project goals, with the sense of ownership driving each team to continually outperform.

We were an early adopter of the 2030 Challenge and 2030 Commitment and have been a supporting member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) since 2000. In addition, we monitor our own performance to provide constant feedback that helps to improve outcomes as well as future projects, promote training opportunities for our team to stay on top of trends and innovations and grow professionally.
